  • Client Relations Administrator

    Position Summary

    Fisgard Asset Management Corporation seeks a dynamic Client Care Administrator to revolutionize our client service experience. This role is designed for an individual overflowing with innovation, enthusiasm, and an innate motivation to exceed client expectations. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating unforgettable experiences for our clientele while fostering a workplace culture that resonates with our Core Values.

    The Client Relations Administrator, or Director of WOW, as we like to call it, will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include bolstering support for Fisgard’s mortgage and investment teams, steering marketing initiatives, and meticulously managing and expanding client relationships. This role is about creating connections, ensuring satisfaction, and driving the success of our teams and clients alike.

    Responsibilities
    • Maintain client database and CRM
    • Correspond with clients to set up online and in-office meetings
    • Assist in the management of new client leads
    • Assist in the management of existing client relationships
    • Assist in cultivating new client relationships
    • Create and manage Fisgard marketing emails and new marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
    • Assist with social media campaigns on all social media platforms
    • Follow up correspondence to clients after presentations and meetings
    • Keep product sheets, presentations and marketing material current
    • Track mortgage funding volumes and report to our network / broker partners
    • Administer sponsorships and advertising obligations and opportunities
    • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
    Requirements
    • Post-secondary education is preferred
    • Marketing experience is an asset
    • Social media experience is an asset
    • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Office 365)
    • Knowledge of MailChimp is an asset
    • Knowledge of Canva is an asset
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Investment Administrator

    Position Title: Investment Administrator
    Location: Victoria, BC Canada
    Duration: Full-time
    Salary Range: up to $60,000/year plus competitive bonus & benefit package

    Position Summary

    Fisgard Asset Management Corporation is looking for an innovative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Investment Administrator to join our Investment Management team. This person will be responsible for duties relating to registered products, including processing, payments, and general maintenance of traditional and registered plan accounts.

    Responsibilities
    • Process client withdrawals (including non-registered, RRSP, RRIF, TFSA, RESP and locked-in accounts) with applicable withholding tax and fees; and processes registered plan rollovers and internal transfers.
    • Ensure cash income payment instructions are processed accurately and timely
    • Receive, review and process new account setup for pre-authorized contributions for all plan types
    • Handle inquiries and correspondence from Financial Dealers and Credit Unions concerning all general activities and procedures of the registered products offered
    • Review documentation received to ensure they meet both company and government policy and legal requirements
    • Research and promptly resolve any errors or discrepancies for registered plan activity
    • Communicate with peers of issues/changes that arise from daily activities to ensure all parties are kept up to date on such issues/ changes.
    • Utilize cross-training opportunities to understand all aspects of the Investment Team
    • Administrative and data-entry related activity as needed
    • Provide support and coverage for additional duties within the Investment Team
    Requirements
    • Post-secondary education is preferred
    • 3 year of administrative work experience, preferably in Financial Services
    • Background in Registered Products and applicable legislation experience is an asset
    • Excellent functional knowledge of Office 365
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and analytic skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work collaboratively within an office environment
    • Equally comfortable working independently or in a team
